Who we are

Campaign Studio is operated by S Myers Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 11979212. S Myers Limited is the data controller for personal information handled through Campaign Studio.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Campaign Studio, we may process:

• Your name, email address and account contact information.
• The website address, business details and campaign preferences you provide.
• Google Ads account identifiers, campaign settings, keyword ideas, performance information and advertising assets made available after you connect Google Ads.
• Meta ad account, Facebook Page and Instagram identity identifiers, campaign settings and advertising assets made available after you connect Meta Ads.
• Reddit and Pinterest account identifiers, advertising-account details, keyword or audience research, campaign settings and advertising assets made available after you connect those services.
• Technical and security information such as sign-in events, session data, browser type, IP address and error records.

We do not receive or store your Google, Facebook, Reddit or Pinterest password. The connected platform handles sign-in and gives Campaign Studio an authorisation token after you approve access.

How we use information

• To research keywords and advertising opportunities.
• To draft ads, assets and campaign structures for your review.
• To connect to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads or Pinterest and carry out actions you approve.
• To keep the service secure, diagnose problems and prevent misuse.
• To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

Our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Google user data

Information obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide the Campaign Studio features you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or allow people to read it unless they need access to provide or secure the service.

You can remove Campaign Studio's access at any time from your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting Google Ads inside Campaign Studio.

Meta user data

Information obtained from Meta APIs is used only to provide the account discovery, Page verification and campaign actions you request. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated advertising.

You can disconnect Meta Ads inside Campaign Studio or remove the app from your Facebook business integrations settings.

Reddit and Pinterest data

Information obtained from Reddit or Pinterest APIs is used only for the account connection, advertising research and campaign actions you request. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated advertising.

You can disconnect either service inside Campaign Studio or revoke access from the connected platform's account settings.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with service providers needed to host, secure and operate Campaign Studio, with Google, Meta, Reddit or Pinterest when you use their advertising features, with professional advisers, or where the law requires it. Providers must protect the information and use it only for the agreed service.

If information is processed outside the United Kingdom, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption and other proportionate safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain uses, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
